Recycling Pickup Services

Did you know that the waste that you throw in your trashcan will likely end up in a landfill, which is incredibly harmful to the environment? These landfills degrade our soil, contaminate our groundwater, pollute our air, emit harmful chemicals, and contribute to climate change. In Colorado, we only divert 15.9% of our waste from landfills, which is less than half the national average of 32.1%. Still not convinced of the environmental impact of recycling services? Maybe these statistics can help: 

• According to the EPA, 75% of the waste Americans produce is recyclable, but only about 30% of it is recycled.
• In 1960, we generated about 88.1 million tons of garbage, but today it's grown to over 292 million tons. That’s 4.9 pounds per person PER DAY! 
• Plastic takes 400 years to decompose, but 91% of it is not recycled leading to build ups in landfills and the pollution of our oceans. The EPA estimated that efforts like recycling and composting in 2018 saved over 193 million metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent in 2018, or the equivalent of removing almost 42 million cars from our roads.

Residential Solutions

Each client receives a recycling bin. All you will have to do afterwards is fill up your bin with recyclable materials and place it outside your front door each week for our recycling collection crew.

Apartments, Condos, & Townhomes

Historically, it has been difficult to recycle when you live in or manage an apartment, condo, or townhome/multi-family home complex, but no longer. We offer individual recycling pickup services or as a whole where the property management company or HOA will pay for everyone. Our recycling company can then either have residents leave their bins outside, as long as we can access the building, or set up a single collection area to avoid having bins lining halls. Typically these details will be negotiated with the apartment management or HOA.
